Out of production the Boeing 757 twin-engine is a short to medium range jetliner designed for fuel economy, low noise, increased comfort and top operating performance.

Boeing Discontinued the production of the Boeing 757 on November 28th of 2005 ending 23 years of production. Beoing made 1,050 Boeing 757 aircraft over this 23 year run.
