If you are in the current system it will allow you to download the file again if your order is still valid or has not been suspended.

To download an additional copy of the software you can do so by doing the following:

1) log into the website
2) click on Account Mainenance
3) Click on View Next to your order.
4) Scroll down to the bottom of your detailed order view and click on the aircraft name to start the download process

If you are not in the system then you have not updated or responed to our notifications of system updates.  We will need to reconnect you to your file.  Reconnection to your file will require a $9.95 administrative fee.

To reconnect:

1) Create a new account on our website

2) Activate your account

 3) log back into the website

4) click on the support button at the top of the website

5) Create a new Support ticket

6) in the small box title the ticket "Reconnect me to my file"

7) In the large text box provide the following information

• Name used to purchase the file
• Date of purchase for the file
• email address used to purchase
• File purchased
• If you have it purchase number
•
